Developers Get $78M Financing for Environmentally Friendly Condos
BOSTON-The city's first environmentally friendly condominium complex has received a $77.8-million loan to fund construction. Currently under construction, the Macallen Building will add 143 condominiums along with 7,100 sf of retail space to the South Boston neighborhood.
